No Win no Fee - 100% compensation

When you have had an accident or require a solicitor for a compensation claim or for any other reason then its without a doubt that we all go for no win no fee solicitors. The word no win no fee has become so famous now but we need to understand exactly what they mean by this.

What is No Win No Fee?

No win no fee is exactly what it says - which means if you dont win your case then no fee is charged and if you do win then a fee will be charged.

Above I have bolded the word fee as this is the part which I want all of us to concentrate on. One of the most important questions that we will need to ask ourselves is how much the fee is.

Now if you are going to win a compensation or a road traffic accident claim and the solicitor charges you a 50% fee of the payout then that is a huge sum to give them. I mean if you got paid out £10K then you will be giving £5K to your solicitor.

If you ask me then this isnt on.

No win No Fee - Win No Fee

I hope the above heading makes sense. If it doesnt then let me explain. We have solicitors who will not charge a fee even if you win your case. You must be asking how this can be done!!

Our solicitors fight for our clients and do not charge a penny. Rather then the solicitor charging you they will actually charge the 3rd party. So for example if you have had a accident at work then the solicitor will get compensation from your employer and also pass over the solicitor charges to your employer as well. Dont forget that your the innocent one and you wouldnt of been able to claim the compensation without a solicitor so its only fair if you get to keep your full compensation and pass down the solicitor charges to your employer.

The same is for motor traffic accidents. You will get to keep 100% compensation and all the fees for the solicitors will be paid by the 3rd party. So if you had a whiplash claim and was awarded £7000 by the courts then you will see the full £7000

The advantages of getting a solicitor and not going through your insurance company

Making a claim through your insurance company directly is what would seem the easiest route to take, but in fact the following happens: Lets use claiming for a Whiplash as an example

You fill in the huge claim forms highlighting everything about your personal injuries and send them off to your insurance company then wait and hope that they take it all away and then suddenly a settlement cheque arrives through your door. Erm NO!

Ok, after weeks and then months to hear something back you get a letter about your whiplash injury claim from the insurance company of the 3rd party stating that you must attend a physiotherapist to be assessed.

Eventually you get your appointment with the physio and they prescribe you 8 weekly sessions (can you see whats happening with your claim yet?)

After the 2 months of physiotherapy a report then goes off to the third party’s insurer about the state of your whiplash injury and then, maybe weeks later they then send you an appointment with their doctor to do an assessment prior to giving you a final settlement figure (can you see what’s happening with your claim YET?)

Yes… they are DELAYING YOUR WHIPLASH INJURY CLAIM ON PURPOSE!

In doing so they ACCRUE INTEREST while your whiplash injury claim settlement money sits in their bank! They don’t want to pay you immediately for your claim because if they can keep their fortunes in their accounts then they WILL eventually pay you the minimum amount… which after all the delays would be “interest”… they won’t even miss the money!

So now you know never to make your claim through your insurance company

Getting a solicitor to do the work for you will get the ball rolling straight away. Now let me explain why.

Solicitors have the power to charge insurance companies whatever they want for their services. As a general rule they will charge about £150 per a letter sent to the 3rd party amd about £200 per a day until the claim is settled.

The figures above are just average and could be less or more. Now because you havent gone through your insurance company they are being charged alot. Its in the 3rd parties own interest to get the settlement settled right away. The longer they take the more they will get charged.

Hope that makes sense to you.
